Fees
If you are applying for a passport, you need to pay the correct fee, in the local currency.
The following prices are correct as of 3 September 2009:
- 32-page adult passport - £124.50
- 32-page child (under-16) passport - £79.50
- 48-page 'jumbo' passport - £150.50
- Temporary passport* and **£89.00
- Emergency passport* - £69.00
- Call out fee (for issuing a temporary or emergency passport outside of office hours)*** - £128.00
** Not available at all embassies or consulates *** For every hour or part of an hour, for each officer, up to a maximum of £870.00 Note: You need to pay the correct fee, in the local currency when you apply for a passport.
