This page must be included with your application.

Fees are a mixture of Home Office and Consular Fees. 

The current Home Office rate of exchange as at 1 November 2009 is £1.00 = Aus $1.8164

Please note that fees are subject to change at short notice.

Making your application

Send your completed application*, fee and supporting documents to the Consular correspondence address at the British High Commission, Canberra

*Please note that we require original documents plus two photocopies of each document to be submitted with your application. We do not accept certified copies in lieu of original documents.

A separate consular fee of $180.00 is payable at the time that the registration or naturalisation ceremony takes place.  Please do not include this fee when you send the application and the other fees listed above.
