Scams, tracing people, voting, HM The Queen, investments
I have been sent a suspicious email from the British Consulate/British High Commission
There are scams operating where people are being sent fake emails from the British High Commission or the British Consulate.
Be extremely wary if you recieve one of these emails and do not reply.
If you have received one of these emails, please contact the British High Commission on (02) 6270 6666.
The Metropolitan Police has further advice on email scams.
